Doug Isaacson has an extensive resume that includes three decades of entrepreneurial business leadership, two decades as an elected official, and four decades of being a father and grandfather. Our CEO is focused on creating teams and relationships that foster business and employment opportunities in Rural Alaska, and elsewhere, that benefit our communities for generations to come.
Throughout his career, Matt has held many leadership positions within state government, federal contracting, and the natural resource industry. He spent more than 20 years with NANA and its family of companies and three years with the Aleut Corporation. Most recently, Matt served on Governor Mike Dunleavy’s Alaska Development Team and was the Director of Development for the Commerce Department
Antoinette is an Athabascan Gwich’in, born and raised in Gwichyaa Zhee (Fort Yukon). She was the former mayor of Fort Yukon and has served on numerous boards as a tribal council member, an LSAC member, and a tribal court judge. Antoinette currently serves as a Board Director of Healing Native Hearts Coalition and is an active community volunteer. She is a mother and grandmother, who enjoys traditional activities and events with her entire family. Antoinette appreciates working with MDC, and sees the work as a fantastic opportunity to help MDC prosper and grow.
Alicia Hill is an Athabascan whose family comes from Minto, AK. Alicia grew up in the Fairbanks area and was raised by her grandparents. She is mother to 2 boys, enjoys spending time with her family and asking questions about their lifestyle before modern times. Alicia is excited for career opportunities and eager to learn more about subsidiaries to better serve her people.
